How to Acquire or Transfer Account Access
To ensure the security of a Knack account, account changes can only be made by the account owner in the Builder.
For security reasons, we cannot change the account owner for you.
Account changes can be made from within the Knack Dashboard by the account owner:

Note: We're prevented from altering or even accessing the account owner details to ensure the security of the account.
