Flows Displaying as a Blank Page
Seeing a blank page when accessing Flows? Learn how to fix it with a quick browser setting adjustment.
We have discovered an issue impacting users of the Safari browser (potentially other browsers as well) when attempting to access Flows. You may encounter a blank screen that will look like this:
To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
1. With your Safari browser window open, go to the browser's Settings area:
2. From the browser's Settings, click on "Privacy" tab and uncheck the option for "Prevent cross-site tracking":
3. Close your Safari browser windows and then "Quit" Safari from running on your machine:
4. Reopen Safari, log into your Knack account, and navigate to your desired Knack app. Once you select Flows from the left-side menu, you should be able to see the Flows interface displayed properly.
