My import is taking a long time. Can you take a look?

We’d be happy to look into this for you. To get started we will need the following information:

  • A link to the object where you're importing the file
  • A sample copy of the file you're importing
  • The estimated date/time of the last time you tried this import
  • An estimated number of records that are in your import file
