This article provides information about Knack's refund policy.
Our mission at Knack is to develop a product that delivers tangible value. We understand you have many software choices, and we're thrilled you've decided to give Knack your business.
We also get that sometimes it may not work out, and you'll need to cancel your account. If that's the case, we ask that you first give us the opportunity to make it right.
We'd love the chance to review your concerns and do whatever we can to address them.
The following are the cases in which we will consider issuing refunds:
- If your subscription is on a monthly plan and renews, but you meant to cancel, we’re happy to refund that charge. You will need to cancel within 5 days of the renewal and contact us to process that refund.
- Likewise, if your subscription is on an annual plan and renews, but you meant to cancel, we’re happy to refund that charge. You will need to cancel within 14 days of the annual renewal and contact us to process that refund.
For most cancellations, no refunds are possible, but often requests can come down to a case-by-case basis.

If you choose to downgrade your monthly subscription, a credit will be automatically issued to your account. Please note that our refund policy still applies, and any requests for a refund of this credit must be made within the specified timeframes mentioned above. For annual subscriptions, downgrades can only be processed 30 days prior to the renewal date and up to 7 days before the renewal date; as such, refunds are not applicable in these cases.
