Where can I find a copy of my receipt or invoice?

You can view all of your existing receipts from the Invoices tab in the Plan & Billing section of your account Dashboard: https://dashboard.knack.com/settings/billing

Only account owners have access to the Plan & Billing section and the Invoices tab. If you aren't the account owner, then you'll need to contact them for a copy of the receipt.

 

If you are the account owner and need your receipts to go to your finance department or someone else, you can update your Billing email address in the Plan & Billing > Overview > Billing Contact section.
