Where can I find a copy of my receipt or invoice?

You can view all of your existing receipts from the Receipts tab in the Billing section of your account Dashboard: https://builder.knack.com/#billing.

Only account owners have access to the Billing section and the Receipts tab. If you aren't the account owner, then you'll need to contact them for a copy of the receipt.

If you are the account owner and need your receipts to go to your finance department or someone else, you can update your Billing email address in the Settings tab of the Billing section:
