Can I email PDFs or other attachments to users with Knack?

Currently, there is not a pre-existing feature available to allow for file attachments in emails.

However, our customers have reported that integrating Knack with Formstack Documents (formerly WebMerge) has been a great solution for this need. You can learn more about integrating with Formstack here.

Further, using Zapier and Formstack Documents together, you can set up a recipe to email your client a PDF version of the invoice once you've submitted a form in Knack.

There are currently two ways to integrate Knack with Formstack:

1. Use Zapier and create a recipe so that a Formstack document generates whenever your users submit a form.

2. Create your own custom integration directly from Knack using custom Javascript.
